Hello, everyone.
I wrote this article where I make the case of using Earned Value Management (EVM) on FinOps, specialy within the ‘Quantify Business Value’ domain. I used this technique on my previous FinOps job for an year with good results.

I like the idea. I have used EV in some project and it does help put a number on tasks.
